Police say the disappearance of 45-year-old Umit Bolat, who had no fixed address, is suspicious after he was last seen alive late on August 12.
Umit Bolat was a long-term resident in the Shepparton and Tatura area, however had no fixed place of address at the time of his disappearance and was known to sleep in his vehicle.
Umit was reported missing by his sister on the 21st August after failing to keep a number of appointments.
He has a highly distinctive yellow Holden commodore ute with registration YOC 741.

The Missing Persons Unit will hold a press conference in Shepparton later on Thursday morning.
