The UN Security Council has unanimously approved a resolution demanding a 30-day cease-fire across Syria "without delay".The resolution calls for the delivery of humanitarian aid to millions of people and the evacuation of the critically ill and wounded.But Syria says Damascus will still reserve the right to respond to any attacks by terrorist armed groups against civilians in any part of Syria.
