As global refugee numbers reach nearly 26 million, world leaders and top diplomats have met in Geneva for the first Global Refugee Forum. The United Nations Secretary General urged the international community to implement new strategies to improve the situations for refugees worldwide, and help ease the burden on some of the world's poorest countries.
