Bottled water and weird math focus of Turkish politics

SBS Turkish talked to journalist Yavuz Oğhan about this week’s developments in Turkish politics. One issue was the proposal to change the way Turkey elects the president, with one former minister suggesting that rather than awarding the presidency to the candidate who received more than 50 percent of the vote, it should go to the one that got more than 40 percent of the vote. Another topic of discussion was state institutions cancelling their contracts to purchase bottled water from the Istanbul Municipality, after the opposition took over. (AUDIO IN TURKISH)
