SBS Turkish talked to Levent Efe about how all football teams were allowed to display their original national colours and how dual citizen ISIS brides and their children should be treated Efe said the decision to ban national colours, names and symbols came as a panic measure in the 1990s, while the decision to partially lift the ban seems to have been taken in panic as well.
