The number of children in out-of-home care continues to rise in Australia, but a shortage of foster carers remains, especially for carers from culturally diverse backgrounds. Foster carer Sakine Yerlikaya from Sydney who has been a foster carer for the past 18 months. She tells about her foster carer experience.
