Civilians flee as fresh offensives launched on IS in Iraq and Syria

The Iraqi army says it has secured the first safe exit route for thousands of civilians to escape the I-S stronghold of Fallujah. It comes amid fresh offensives on key I-S positions in both Iraq and Syria.
