"Greed" to blame for bank failures Commissioner finds

An interim report from the banking royal commission has found misconduct by banks and financial institutions has been driven by greed. In his scathing report Commissioner Kenneth Hayne stops short of making recommendations but observes that too often bad behaviour has gone unpunished by regulators.
