Human rights to test China-Australia relations

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has welcomed a breakthrough in relations with China… insisting both countries are getting on with business. Marise Payne will visit Beijing this week the first Australian foreign minister to do so in almost three years. But at a time.... when diplomatic tensions are easing, she’s under pressure to confront the Chinese Government about its treatment of Muslim Uighurs.
