A United Nations-commissioned inquiry has slammed the response of U-N peacekeepers to an outbreak of violence in South Sudan earlier this year. Fighting broke out between forces loyal to President Salva Kiir and those aligned with rival Riek Machar in July, including an assault on a hotel in the country's capital.
