Iraqi PM calls for celebration to mark Fallujah recapture

While it appears the self-proclaimed Islamic State, or I-S, may be losing its grip on the Iraqi city of Fallujah, the fight for the city continues despite earlier claims by the government. The government declared victory in the city west of Baghdad last week after I-S had held it for more than two years. But the United States-led coalition says only one-third of the city has been cleared of militants while the rest of the city remains contested.
