Aboriginal Jamara Maza lived with a Turkish family for 7 years


Jamara Maza, is an Aboriginal woman who has deep connections with the Turkish culture and family life in Australia. She was  good friends with Melek Haydardedeoglu when they were both teenagers. The girls were playing in the same soccer team. Jamara Maza has very fond memories of the 7 years she lived at the Haydardedeoglu household. Jamara and the man she called "dad" talk about the storng bond, love and mutual respect for each other and common values.
