PM Morrison reignites power prices plan

The government is offering relief to households and businesses hit with surging power bills as retailers are told to abide by a default price for electricity. Households could save at least between $273 and $832 a year on their power bills under a suite of changes proposed by the Morrison government. Levent Efe says, "it's not not convincing"
