Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says despite reaching 30 straight Newspoll losses he has the "confidence of the party room"

When former prime minister Tony Abbott led the Coalition to 30 Newspoll losses, Malcolm Turnbull said the people had made up their mind and challenged him for the leadership. Mr Turnbull has now reached 30 losses himself.
