SBS Turkish spoke to journalist Yavuz Oghan about the earthquake that shook Istanbul on Thursday, measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale. He said the lack of coordination between the municipality and the government, lack of proper safe zones and many other problems plagued the official response despite the fact that no one was injured. He said the response displayed the total lack of preparation for the expected huge earthquake as high as 7.4. (AUDIO IN TURKISH)
