New refugee camps are being built along the Syrian border with Turkey to house thousands of people who have fled the northern city of Aleppo. Syrian government forces, backed by Russian airstrikes, have been fighting opposition fighters in the former key industrial city. Turkish officials say about 77,000 people are sheltering in camps built along the Turkish border.
