Russia has called an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council after a deadly United States-led airstrike on Syrian government forces. The U-S has expressed regret for what has been termed unintentional loss of life, amid reports dozens of soldiers were killed and injured. Russia, however, has suggested the incident could affect the future of a U-S-Russia agreement on Syria - even as desperately needed aid waits to enter besieged areas after five years of war.
