SBS TV is broadcasting a brand new food series for weeknights at 6pm, 'The Chef's Line', which started on Monday 3 April, and broadcasts five nights a week, Monday to Friday at 6pm for 13 weeks on SBS Australia and the Food Network. The series explores the heritage, history and diversity that drives Australia's food culture, with home cooks challenging an entire chefs line from some of the best restaurants across the country. By focusing on a different cuisine each week, 'The Chef's Line' will shine a light on the multicultural appeal of Australia's diverse food culture. Turkish cuisine is going to be on the week commencing 17 April. SBS Turkish had an interview with the Australian Turk chef Somer Sivrioğlu who is in the series.
