The federal government wants to block Australian foreign fighters from entering Australia for two years under a bill introduced into the lower house. Home Affairs says temporary bans on foreign fighters wanting to return to Australia could also apply to so-called jihadi brides. Australia born and sentenced to seven-and-a-half years in jail in Turkey, DAES fighter Neil Prakash's future could be affected by the new law.
