With many awards and two thriving restaurants in Sydney, Chef Somer Sivrioglu has been named an inspiration by 'ChefWorks'. Sivrioglu not only uses his cooking skills in his kitchens, he also uses his talent to teach what he knows as well. His cook book 'Anatolia' has received an award in USA too. We interviewed Mr Sivrioglu about his success story.
