Trump looks to remove visa program that let driver into US

United States president Donald Trump has called the suspect in the New York City truck attack an "animal" and wants to end the visa program that enabled him to enter the country. Mr Trump says he will ask the US Congress to immediately begin work to dismantle the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program.
