Turkey blames IS for latest deadly attack in Istanbul

A Turkish member of 'Islamic State' (IS) has been named and blamed for the latest attack in Turkey. Four people and the suicide bomber were killed and 36 wounded in a suicide bombing in Istanbul's main shopping district, Beyoglu Istiklal Caddesi on Saturday the 19th March.
