Turkey debates whether to trust Trump or not

Turkish politics and markets breathed a sigh of relief after President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, on the sidelines of the G20 meeting in Japan. While Trump seemed to be supportive of Turkish arguments over the purchase of the Russian-made S400 missile defence system, lower ranked American officials have said if the delivery goes forward as planned, there will be sanctions.
