Melbourne’s Tulum Restaurant, owned by chefs Coskun Uysal and Kemal Barut, and featuring a menu filled with recipes inspired by traditional Anatolian dishes with a modernist twist. Their modern Turkish restaurant Tulum, which is a far cry from the old image of dips and kebabs, was crowned the Herald Sun as the best in Victoria and Australia.
