United Nations report accuses Myanmar of possible war crimes against the Rohingya as far back as 2011

Myanmar's military is being accused of systematically raping women and killing children, and persecuting the country's Rohingya Muslim minority. The allegations come from the United Nation's International Fact-Finding Mission on Myanmar, which has released a report from its 15-month investigation into violence against the Rohingya. The report also makes dozens of recommendations, including reforms for Myanmar's military and justice systems.
