Victoria promises Australia's toughest drink-driving laws

Victoria is about to ıntroduce some of the toughest laws ın the country for low-range drink-drivers. Offenders caught with blood alcohol level of between 0.005 and 0.07 will now have the their licences cancelled immediately. And to get back on the road, they'll need to have cars fitted with alcohol interlock devices.
