Hit hard by the decline of the manufacturing industry, Adelaide is hoping to reinvent itself as Australia's start-up capital.


The city has a plan to attract global businesses by developing data networks 100 times faster than the National Broadband Network, or NBN.

The Ten Gigabit City network has not yet been built, but, once it is, it could be the fastest in the country.
