Who has been the boat people have gotten the support of the High Commissioner for Refugees United Nations, from the moment they step into the camp until migrating.


This organization is owed a lot in the past and present, especially now due to the care for asylum seekers and refugees worldwide amounted to 60 million people, including mostly Syria and Iraq. "Eating fruit, remember who planted", "drinking water, remember who dug the well," Vietnamese proverb reminds from the ancient time, that Vietnamese people express gratitude to the High Commissioner.

Fundraising campaign to support the High Commissioner for Refugees UN, so it needs the help of everyone by now.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, former chairman of the Vietnamese Community New South Wales, as well as chief organizer of the above campaign, gave Phan Bach of SBS an interview.
