Six activists including five former political prisoners are Human Rights Lawyer Nguyen Van Dai and associate Le Thi Thu Ha, Pham Van Troi, Rev. Nguyen Trung Ton, Independent Editor Truong Minh Duc, and Nguyen. All allegedly "working to overthrow the government" under Article 79 of the Vietnam Penal Code.
