North Korea fires another missile, claims it's an ICBM

North Korea has test-fired what appears to be an intermediate-range ballistic missile.

The launch comes days before leaders from the Group of 20 nations are due to discuss North Korea's weapons programs.

It was fired in the direction of Japan before landing in Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone.
