United States President Donald Trump says he is disappointed that the latest Republican effort to repeal and replace Obamacare in the Senate has failed.
With their bill in tatters, Senate leaders pushed to vote on a different measure that would repeal major parts of President Barack Obama's health law but not yet offer a replacement, but that plan appears also to have collapsed.
