Investigations are underway to find out what caused two astronauts to make an emergency landing in Kazakhstan.


United States astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin have survived the landing after they were forced to abort their mission to the International Space Station when their Russian Soyuz rocket malfunctioned.
