The banking royal commission has heard the chief executive of an insurance company accused of exploiting Indigenous Australians has no qualifications to be in his position.
Sitting in Darwin the commission has also heard Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders have been routinely pushed to purchase unnecessary life insurance and funeral cover.
