At least 10 people were killed when a van ploughed into a group of pedestrians at a busy intersection in Toronto, Canada.
The driver fled the scene, but has been found and arrested by police.
It's not yet clear what caused the van to strike the pedestrians - authorities say they are investigating terrorism as the likely motive.
