Venezuela puts down rebellion at military base

Venezuelan authorities say they have suppressed a military rebellion at an army base in Valencia.

Controversial president Nicolas Maduro has called the incident a terrorist attack, but the rebels claim otherwise.

At least two of the men were killed and eight more captured, and state-security forces are searching for the alleged plotters.
