In a recent interview with Newsen promoting his new movie ‘Tazza 2’, TOP spoke candidly about BIGBANG’s forthcoming comeback.

“It’s difficult to meet with the members all together because we’re busy. However, Big Bang gathered at a recent concert held in China and as we ate, we said, ‘Let’s work on our song!’”

But it’s looking like it’s going to be a difficult task. Here are what the rest of the members are up to at the present:

  • Daesung will be in Japan very soon to promote his new album.
  • Taeyang is currently on tour in Japan, followed by concerts back home in South Korea
  • Seungri is busying himself making appearances on various Japanese TV shows (you remember how well he can speak Japanese)
  • G-Dragon is (finally) on a break

Aside from G-Dragon announcing publically mid-concert at the AIA Real Life: NOW FESTIVAL that the band will be coming back before 2014 comes to a close, we have only heard inside sources at YG claim it’s in the works.

TOP did assert in the same interview that they plan on working on their new album as soon as possible, but an official statement from YG has not been made.

Let’s hope they make an announcement soon! We’re almost half way through September!
