K-pop boy band Super Junior have announced on Facebook that Shindong will be joining the army on November 25..

Super Junior’s Shindong begins military service on November 25.

A picture of Shindong and the message “SHINDONG will join the army on Nov. 25th. Let’s pray for SHINDONG to finish his military life safely!” was shared on the Super Junior official Facebook Page.

The Manilla Bulletin has reported that Shindong will do basic training for 5 weeks, before serving for 21 months in the army. 

Shindong isn’t the first of Super Junior’s members to be enlisted, Kangin, Heechul and Leeteuk have already completed their army duties.
