With their contracts also up for renewal soon, 2017 is going to be a big year for SISTAR.

Following the release of their "Insane Love" mini-album and their hit single "I Like That" last June, SISTAR have been relatively quiet on the music front, save for their awesome Giorgio Moroder collaboration single 'One More Day". However it appears that 2017 is shaping up to be quite a big year for the girls, musically and otherwise.

According to a new report, SISTAR's contract with their agency Starship Entertainment expires on June 2017 and while renegotiations are certainly on the cards, it is reported that the girls are also able to contact other companies three months before their current contract ends.

Having said that, it appears that SISTAR isn't going to disband anytime soon as the report further states that the girls are currently prepping for a comeback for the first half of 2017, and fans can expect a new album soon.
