There are many components to a K-pop idol's image and look, but one of the biggest factors is the hairstyle.
While there have been many great looks over the years, there have been a number of notable exceptions that were either terrible or just plain weird.
So without further ado, here are 11 of the weirdest hair styles that have graced the heads of your favourite K-pop stars.
11. Xia Junsu's "Elsa" look
This hair style so intricate that we're not 100% sure how this look works, but whatever Junsu did, it definitely reminds us of Anna and Elsa from "Frozen"!
10. Narsha's "bowl cut gone wrong" look
Bowl cuts aren't exactly the most exciting hair styles to begin with, but having an uneven bowl cut makes everything just that bit weirder (and not in a good way)!
9. Zelo's "candy floss" look
Looks like Zelo went down to a carnival store and asked them to make a wig with some candy floss!
8. Sunny's green/aqua/blue blob
Honestly, it looks like something crawled out of the sea and sat itself on top of Sunny's head!
7. Zico's "Pirates of the Caribbean" look
Hey Zico, Captain Jack Sparrow called and he wants his hair back!
6. CL's "raccoon" stripes
We're glad CL has found a look that suits her nowadays because this striped look didn't exactly gel with her overall image!
5. Taeyang's binoculars
We have so many questions about this one but not enough answers. Are they binoculars? Egg rolls? Who was the poor soul who sat there and rolled all of Taeyang's beautiful hair like that?
4. Krystal's uneven stripes
It says a lot when this odd hairstyle managed to divert attention from Krystal's looks!
3. Sehun's rainbow look
Looks like EXO's maknae dipped his head into a rainbow and came out all shiny!
2. Sandara Park's "palm tree"
Some call say it looks like a caterpillar. Others say it looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Whatever it's called, it is certainly one of Dara's most iconic looks! Speaking of iconic hairstyles...
1. G-Dragon's "Fantastic Baby" side-sweep
Probably one of the most memorable K-pop hairstyles in recent years, but it doesn't make it any less weird!
