In the (paraphrased) words of MyChonny - always stand up for yourselves and don't put holes in walls!

Wednesday night at 8PM on SBS PopAsia means only one thing - one hour with MyChonny and his goofy shenanigans!

This week, Chonny gets a bit serious (for him) and talks a bit about his tough teenage years, particularly when he was bullied.

Chonny revealed that he was bullied quite a bit as a teenager due to his Asian background and he had to learn to stand up for himself - albeit in his own goofy Chonny way. Since he couldn't physically match up to his bullies, he had to get creative and that meant ruining his bullies' uniforms so that they get detention.

Needless to say, Chonny was quite an angry teen and this lead to an instance where he kicked a hole in the wall of his bedroom out of rage. Rage was immediately replaced with regret, but as teenagers are wont to do, Chonny decided to hide it with a Backstreet Boys poster from his sister!

There is a (somewhat) happy ending to this story as Chonny ultimately got over his rage, and he did eventually tell his dad (after a year) about what he did to his wall out of guilt - and because he accidentally put another hole in the wall after tripping over.

So the moral of Chonny's story - don't kick in walls and stand up against bullies!
