You may not have heard of her if you're not from Indonesia, but Agnez Mo is one of Asia's biggest pop stars. The 31-year-old singer and actress has already sold squillions of records in Indonesia, and now she's making a grab for global stardom with her first 'international' album, X

Agnez collaborated with American producer Danja on the disc, who is best known for his work with TimbalandBritney Spears, and Madonna. This gives X a throwback sound to the urban-pop beats that dominated America's Billboard charts in the mid-to-late 2000s, which is certainly a treat for those of us who are nostalgic for that era.

The album is already off to a smashing start, with lead single "Long As I Get Paid" racking up 13 million views on YouTube. Agnez has also been profiled by Vogue, with the fashion bible calling her a "chart-topping superstar."
