They've already recorded a Japanese version of one of their biggest hits!

We know Red Velvet are making a comeback this month, but they're also working on their Japanese debut!

On Monday, the group held their first showcase in Japan where they performed a Japanese version of their No. 1 hit "Red Flavor." Naver reports that this is the beginning of their formal Japanese activities, so fans should have a lot to look forward to in the coming months.

SM Entertainment has an interesting history when it comes to launching their girl groups in Japan. Girls' Generation were incredibly successful in the country, but things never quite took off for f(x)
