Earlier this week controversy arose regarding a photo Apink's Son Naeun shared on her SNS in which she was holding her phone case that read 'Girls can do anything'. Some people criticised her for it, claiming she was 'promoting feminism'.

The scale of complaints caused her to delete the post and for her agency to release a statement that the phone case was a gift from a brand for whom she'd attended an event.

Since all this happened, Twitter has come through to defend Naeun, sending #girlscandoanything trending in Korea with five separate hashtags in the Korea top 20 trends. Turns out, girls really can do anything.

Here's just a taste of the people coming out to support the movement.

What do you think, will you be using the #girlscandoanything hashtag?
