North Korean leader Kim Jong Un greeted and spoke with the South Korean artists in Pyeongyang, North Korea, for a historic concert.

Kim Jong Un and his wife, Ri Sol Ju, were in attendance at the concert on Sunday, where K-pop idols Red Velvet and Girls' Generation's Seohyun performed, along with veteran singers Cho Yong PilLee Sun HeeYB, Jung InALiBaek Ji Young and Choi Jin Hee.

The concert marked the first time a North Korean leader had attended a South Korean performance in the North's capital. The performances were also the first in over a decade of South Korean artists in the North.

The concert, billed as "Spring is Coming" took place in the East Pyeongyang Grand Theatre with 1,500 people in attendance.
