The case has been dismissed after an eight month dispute

NU'EST's Baekho has been found not guilty of sexual assault.

His case has been dismissed and the prosecution have acquitted him of sexual assault charges brough against him in June 2017.

Pledis Entertainment have confirmed the news, stating: "We received an official notice today that he has been cleared of all charges. This is proof that what was alleged never happened to begin with, and that Baekho is innocent".

Mid-last year, an unnamed person claimed she was sexually assaulted by the idol in middle school. She pressed charges against him and the case went to the prosecution in September. 

The acquittal brings an end to the eight month dispute.
