It was recently revealed that JYP Entertainment are in the midst of preparing a new girl group for debut.

Though it had initially been thought that the girl group would debut by the end of 2018, the company has needed more time to finalise the music production so it's now been confirmed that their debut will be in early 2019.

They've also shared that it will be a five-member girl group, and that it will include trainee Shin Ryu Jin who placed first on MIXNINE. In case you don't remember her amazing audition for the show, here it is.

We can't wait to see what kind of girl group is coming in 2019!
