Actor Park Hyung Sik has confirmed his military enlistment date.

The 27-year-old idol had confirmed earlier this month that he had applied to serve as a military police officer for his mandatory service, and it's now been confirmed that he has been accepted to the Capital Defense Command military police. He will be enlisting on June 10.

He underwent two exams, including a rigorous fitness test, to meet the requirements of joining the police force.

Park Hyung Sik began his career as a member of boy group ZE:A and has since forged a path as a successful actor, appearing in K-dramas HwarangStrong Woman Do Bong Soon and Suits, amongst others. He will be making his feature film debut in Korea next month with Jurors.
