The pair will lead the agency into its 25th year

SM Entertainment has announced the appointment of two new executives in the roles of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Lee Sung Soo (CEO) and Tak Young Joon (CMO) will lead the entertainment company together as it celebrates its 25th year.

Lee Sung Soo has been with SM Entertainment since 2005, and until now was overseeing music production as head of the production department. Tak Young Joon has been with the agency since 2001 and overseen artist management operations for many SM artists including Super Junior since their debut.

SM Entertainment has said that with the new appointments they hope to strengthen current assets as well as make further advances in the global market with innovative content.
