We have detailed some instructions below on how to do this in supported browsers.
Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)
- Open Chrome.
- On your browser toolbar on the right hand side, click More > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
- In the 'Clear Browsing Data' box, select the box for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
- Choose beginning of time to delete everything and then click Clear Browsing Data.
Internet Explorer 11
- In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
- Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC (in this case, cached images and temporary internet files), and then select delete.
- If deleting just cached images still does not work, repeat the process above but delete cookies.
Firefox
- Click the menu button (the three lines) and choose Options.
- Select the Privacy and Security panel.
- In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
- Close the _about :preferences_ page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Safari - Version 10+
- Click on Safari and then on Preferences select Privacy and then click Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove All and then in the small popup, selection Remove Now.
Microsoft Edge
- In Microsoft Edge, go to More > Settings.
- Under Clear browsing data, select choose what to clear.
- Check the boxes next to any data type you’d like to clear, then select Clear.
- If you’d like, turn on the setting below the check boxes to 'Always clear this when I close the browser'.
