The Reds stretch their unbeaten run to 14 matches and have now amassed 39 points, putting them one point above Western Sydney and Brisbane.
Adelaide’s turnaround this season has been incredible, going from not being able to win in their first eight matches to taking 36 points from a possible 42 in their last 14 games.

Dylan McGowan opened the scoring in the 29th minute when he swept the ball home after Jordan Elsey headed Marcelo Carrusca’s corner.

Carrusca was instrumental throughout the match, in the 40th minute he cut inside with ease before sliding in Stefan Mauk who made it 2-0.

After half-time Carrusca again showed his class with a perfect long driven pass that allowed Craig Goodwin to set up Bruce Djite for Adelaide’s third goal.

Pablo Sanchez came on late in the game and combined beautifully with Sergio Cirio to wrap up the 4-0 win.
